18, 2008 the Surplus Line Association of Utah
will be holding a mid-year golf and luncheon meeting!
We will have a morning shot-gun start
with a luncheon to follow. Cost is $25 for Surplus Line Producers
& their guest and $35 for non-Surplus Line Producers and
their guest. More information to follow!
Effective January 1, 2007 it is mandatory
for all surplus line filings, submissions & endorsements
to be filed electronically. You can set up your account at
our website under "Account Home" under the Quick
Links. Any filings received through the mail after January
1, 2007 will be charged $50.00 fee per filing.
