SURPLUS LINE ASSOCIATION OF UTAH
The purpose
of the Association is to assist the State of Utah Insurance Commissioner
in the collection of premium tax and to supervise surplus line producers
with respect to the writing of non-admitted surplus lines insurance business
in Utah.

Effective January 1, 2007 it will be mandatory for all surplus line filings, submissions and endorsements, to be filed electronically.
You can set up your account at our website under "Account Home" under the Quick Links. Any filings received through the mail after January 1, 2007 will be charged $50.00 fee per filing.
We appreciate those of you who are already on line. We know that you are enjoying the benefits that come from using on line filing.
